SPECTACULAR VILLA PRiVATE POOL SEAVIEW is a private, sea-view villa in Plaza de Jinamar, ES, set on C. Ávila, 735229, which makes it feel more like your own home base than a hotel stay. The standout is the private pool and the terrace views, so days can be as simple as swimming, sunning, and then cooling off with an evening outdoors. Guests who travel with family often mention the practical layout for shared time, while couples tend to value the quiet, self-contained atmosphere.

Inside, the villa is geared toward longer stays and relaxed evenings, with a kitchen for easy meal prep and a fireplace for cooler nights. Reviews commonly highlight how straightforward it feels to settle in, thanks to express check-in/check-out and luggage storage for smoother arrivals.

For days out, Las Teresitas Beach is about 8 km away, offering a classic coastal escape, while Castillo de San Juan is roughly 7 km from the villa for a dose of local history. If you want scenery beyond the beach, the surrounding coastal and valley viewpoints around the north shore are within easy reach.

This villa is best for families and groups who want privacy, outdoor space, and sea views, plus travelers who prefer to set their own pace. Pets are allowed, and there are non-smoking rooms for guests who request them, so it can work well for mixed travel styles.
