The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machinesLost keys or keys left inside the property incur a fee of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected from our office.On check-out day, rubbish must be removed from the property. A €150 waste disposal fee will apply if not.Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). A link for online check-in will be sent shortly before arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
