If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
