The property is non-smoking throughout, and the shallow end of the pool can suit families looking for calmer water play.

Location matters here: you’re within a short drive or walk of Roses’ seafront area, with Platja de la Punta around 2 km away and Canyelles Petites Beach roughly 2 km from the apartment. For a change of pace, Aquabrava Water Park is about 3 km away, while Castell de la Trinitat sits around 4 km from the property for views over the bay.

Guest feedback is mixed, with a 4/10 score from just three reviews, so it’s worth checking details carefully before you commit. Based on what other guests have shared, expectations may not always match the reality for comfort and overall experience, which is important to consider if you’re sensitive to service consistency or apartment condition. On the positive side, the pool and terrace are exactly the kind of everyday perks that families and couples notice quickly, and the listing also notes that rooms are disinfected between stays and that staff follow local safety protocols.

Best for families and couples who prioritize a shared pool, outdoor time on the terrace, and straightforward access to Roses’ beaches and nearby attractions.
