Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Towels have a surcharge of EUR 5 and bed linen have a surcharge of EUR 10 per person, per stay.The keys must be collected at the reception, Gran via de Pau casals 225, ROSES, 17480 between 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. On the day of check-out, the keys must be returned to the same address no later than 10:00 am.Check-in is not possible after 9:00 pm.Please note that full payment must be made upon check-in.Please note that bed linen and towels are not included.
