If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Please note that access to the private terrace is through a spiral staircase.
