Barcelona Appartment, Santa Coloma De Gramanet Overview
Barcelona Appartment is located in Santa Coloma De Gramanet, Spain. Rated 1.0 out of 10 based on 3 guest reviews.
Barcelona Appartment is a practical base in Santa Coloma de Gramanet, Spain, set on Carrer de la Pau and suited to travellers who prefer a self-directed stay. This is a non-smoking property, which matters if you’re sensitive to smells or want a fresher indoor environment. The accommodation is described as having a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen TV, so you can handle simple meal prep and unwind after time in Barcelona.
In terms of location, you’re well placed for iconic sights: Sagrada Família is about 8 km away, while Casa Batlló and La Pedrera (Casa Milà) are roughly 9 km from the address. If you want to balance architecture with atmosphere, the Gothic Quarter is around 12 km out, giving you a classic Barcelona walking experience when you’re ready to trade local streets for the city’s historic lanes. For a quieter change of pace, Parc de la Serralada de Marina is approximately 7 km away for greenery and trails.
Customer feedback is limited, with a very low guest rating of 1/10 from 3 reviews, so it’s wise to review recent comments carefully before committing. Some travellers may find the setup best for solo explorers or couples who value the flexibility of a kitchen and a straightforward place to rest, rather than a full-service hotel experience. If you’re looking for a calm, non-smoking base with the option to cook at home while still reaching Barcelona’s highlights, Barcelona Appartment can fit—just confirm expectations against the most recent guest reports.

Should You Book Barcelona Appartment?
Not worth booking based on the extremely low guest rating (1/10 from 3 reviews). With such limited and negative feedback, you’d be taking a high risk on quality despite the practical, self-directed setup.
Best For
- Travellers who strongly prefer a non-smoking stay and want that as a non-negotiable
- Independent travellers who prefer a self-directed accommodation style rather than hotel services
- Budget-conscious travellers who are willing to verify details before committing, given the lack of positive review signals
- Groups or families who can manage their own routines and don’t need on-site hospitality, since the property is positioned as a base for self-directed stays
Not Ideal For
- Anyone who wants a reliably reviewed property, since the rating is 1/10 from only 3 reviews
- Travellers who need reassurance from consistent guest feedback before booking
- Visitors planning to spend most time at the major sights listed (Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, Picasso Museum), because they are 8–10 km away
What to Expect
You arrive to a practical, self-directed base in Santa Coloma de Gramanet on Carrer de la Pau, and the non-smoking environment is immediately clear as a key feature. The area feels like a local base rather than a tourist core, so your day is likely shaped by planning your own outings. Morning routines would be centered on getting ready and then heading out toward the big sights, which are several kilometers away. However, with only three reviews and an overall 1/10 rating, the stay experience is not something you can count on based on guest feedback.
