Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros-This apartment is equipped with an alarm system Securitas Direct. Alarm which is totally disconnected when guests are in the apartment.-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.Check-in regular time between 16h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€.
