Veramar 5 Ático, Vera

Veramar 5 Ático is a family-friendly stay in Vera, Spain, set at Ciudad de Lorca 1, a short walk from the coast. Guests tend to talk about the practicality of having air conditioning for warm days and a terrace for taking the evening air after time at Puerto Rey Beach, which is about 300 metres away. The outdoor pool adds another easy option when you don’t want to leave the property, and the non-smoking environment suits travellers who prefer fresher indoor air. For road-trip friendly visits, free parking is available, with offsite parking discounted rates also listed for those who need flexibility.

Reviewers give the property a 7.9/10 score based on a small set of five reviews, so you’ll want to read individual comments, but the overall tone points to a comfortable, straightforward base rather than a high-gloss resort. Families mention that the layout works for shared time together, while couples often highlight the calm feel of returning to the terrace at dusk.

If you’re planning days out, Vera Beach is roughly 1.4 km from the address, making it easy to mix beach time with breaks back at the apartment. Golfers can plan a trip to Marina Golf around 11 km away, and the broader Vera area is within easy reach for meals and evening strolls. Check-in runs from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, so it’s worth timing your arrival if you’re driving in.
