A damage deposit of THB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in the guestrooms. Guests smoking in the rooms will be charged a penalty fee of THB 2000 per room.Guests are kindly requested to provide their arrival details upon making a reservation or at least 24 hours prior to arrival. For any late arrivals, please inform the hotel in advance using the contact information found on the booking confirmation.Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. The credit card along with a valid photo identification must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. In cases where the credit card name does not correspond to the guest's name on the confirmation, the hotel will collect cash payment from that guest upon arrival.Upon checking-in, guests are required to present their passports and settle a refundable deposit of THB 1000 for the room keys and minibar. The deposit must be paid in cash directly to the hotel.
