We are located just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing and a variety of water sports. The centre of Plaka is only a short walk away, where you will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Mare Monte Studios Apartments is the perfect base for exploring the island of Crete. We are a short drive from the airport and the port of Heraklion, from where you can take ferries to the other islands of Greece. Car and bike rental is available from our reception, making it easy to get around and see the sights.
