Vista Roses Mar is a beautiful country house situated in the small village of Borrassá in the province of Girona, Catalonia, Spain. The house is set in a stunning location with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The house itself is a traditional Catalan farmhouse, which has been sympathetically restored and is decorated in a style that is both rustic and chic. The house comprises four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living room with an open fire, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a laundry room. Outside there is a terrace with a BBQ and a swimming pool. The house is set in its own grounds of 1.5 hectares, which are landscaped with Mediterranean plants and trees. There is also a parking area for several cars. The village of Borrassá is situated in the heart of the Girona countryside, just a short drive from the city of Girona. The village is a typical Catalan village with a church, a small square and a few shops and restaurants. The area around Borrassá is well known for its walking and cycling routes and there are also several golf courses within a short drive of the village.
