Should You Book Residences Quartier Falaise - maeva Home?
Worth considering only if you specifically need a family- and pet-friendly base in Avoriaz; the 6.6/10 rating from 67 reviews suggests mixed experiences and it may not be consistently comfortable or high-quality. If you can be flexible on expectations and prioritize ski access plus amenities like parking and spa, it can work, but it’s not a clear “book immediately” choice.
Best For
- Families traveling together who want family rooms and a ski-focused stay near the slopes
- Pet owners looking for a place that explicitly allows pets
- Skiers who value having ski storage and being close to Portes du Soleil (1 km) for broader area access
- Guests who want on-site downtime options like a spa/wellness center after skiing
Not Ideal For
- Travelers who strongly prefer consistently high guest satisfaction, given the 6.6/10 score
- Guests who want free or included parking, since parking is paid
- Anyone with very high expectations from a ski-area residence, since the review base indicates variability rather than standout performance
