Worth considering if you need pet-friendly, family-oriented accommodation with free parking in Cannes. The 7.4/10 rating from 91 reviews suggests a generally solid stay, especially for travelers who value practical amenities over being right in the busiest core.
Best For
- Families traveling with children who want family rooms and a more accommodating policy environment
- Pet owners who want a place that explicitly allows pets and includes free parking
- Drivers who prefer the convenience of free parking while exploring Cannes
- Travelers who want easy access to key sights like Le Suquet and La Croisette without relying solely on taxis
Not Ideal For
- Travelers seeking a highly central, walk-everywhere Cannes location, since major attractions are about 1.7–2.0 km away
- Light sleepers who are sensitive to noise, since the property is on a boulevard (no specific noise complaints provided, but this is a common trade-off for roadside locations)
- Those who need very strong review scores, given the rating is 7.4/10 rather than top-tier
What to Expect
You arrive at 49 Boulevard Montfleury and settle into an air-conditioned, non-smoking room setup with WiFi available. The area feels residential and practical rather than ultra-touristy, and you can plan day trips to nearby landmarks like Le Suquet and La Croisette at roughly a 20–25 minute walk. In the mornings, the routine is straightforward: quick WiFi check, then heading out toward nearby sights such as Musee de la Castre. Reviews overall point to a welcoming, family- and pet-friendly base with the convenience of free parking.
Location Intelligence
The hotel is positioned so you can reach key Cannes highlights such as La Croisette (about 1.7 km), Le Suquet (about 1.9 km), and Musee de la Castre (about 2.0 km) without needing a car for every outing. Ile Sainte-Marguerite is farther out (about 3.5 km), so it may be better suited to a longer trip. With Côte d’Azur Airport listed at 27 km, plan for a transfer or drive rather than expecting an easy walk.
