No stag parties, no hen parties. No entry to the property if the full caution of €500 has not been paid beforehand.Noise after 10.00 at night will result in the full caution of €500 being retained. There will be no refund of any of the caution.The property must be left as found with a full clean, or an agreement to pay cleaning charges which will be determined on the final inspection.
