You arrive at the 2nd floor studio on Rue Andrioli and settle in with the benefit of a private balcony just 300 meters from the beach. The area feels like a calm, convenient base for getting out quickly to Nice’s sights, including Marc Chagall National Museum and Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art within about 1.5–1.7 km. Mornings can start with fresh air on the balcony, followed by a short walk to the Old Town area around 1.8 km or an easier trip toward Castle Hill about 2 km away.
