Should You Book Résidence Paris BRETONNERIE?
Worth considering only if you want a central, walkable base for major sights, but the very limited and low guest feedback (4/10 from 3 reviews) makes it a risky choice. If you can’t tolerate uncertainty in service or overall quality, look elsewhere.
Best For
- Families looking for a central aparthotel base with children allowed and easy walking access to major landmarks like Sainte-Chapelle and the Louvre
- Sightseeing-focused travelers who want to be near multiple top attractions within roughly 1–1.5 km, including Sainte-Chapelle, Picasso Museum, and Palais Royal
- Travelers who value multilingual staff and wheelchair accessibility as part of their planning
- Guests who prefer a smoke-free property and want straightforward, city-center access to dining options such as L'As du Fallafel and Le Mary Celeste
Not Ideal For
- Travelers who rely on strong, consistent guest reviews, given the 4/10 rating based on only 3 reviews
- Guests who need an accessible shuttle, since the data indicates 'Accessible shuttle' and 'No accessible shuttle' simultaneously, creating uncertainty
- Anyone seeking a clearly verified overall quality experience, because the review sample is too small to confidently predict repeatable standards
What to Expect
You arrive at a central Paris aparthotel setting on Rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie, with the feel of being close to major historic sights. From there, it’s easy to plan short walks to places like Sainte-Chapelle and the Seine area, and you can also reach the Louvre and Palais Royal on foot. The dining scene nearby makes it simple to keep evenings flexible, with options ranging from French to Middle Eastern. However, the guest rating is low and based on only three reviews, so expectations for the overall stay quality should be tempered.
Location Intelligence
This address is well positioned for walking to key attractions: Sainte-Chapelle is about 1 km away, Picasso Museum about 0.9 km, and the Louvre about 1.5 km. The Seine is roughly 1 km from the property, which helps with sightseeing planning. For airport access, Orly is about 14 km away and Charles de Gaulle about 25 km away, so you’ll likely plan ground transport accordingly.
