Should You Book Reva Suites?
Not worth booking based on the available evidence. The guest rating is 4/10 from only 1 review, so the risk of a disappointing stay is high and there isn’t enough positive feedback to justify it.
Best For
- Solo explorers who want a central Paris base near major sights like the Louvre and Notre-Dame
- Couples looking for a comfortable aparthotel-style retreat in a well-known central area
- Travelers who prioritize proximity to landmark-heavy neighborhoods around Palais Garnier and Boulevard Haussmann
- Guests who specifically need wheelchair accessibility, since the property lists wheelchair accessibility as an amenity
Not Ideal For
- Lightly reviewed travelers who want confidence from multiple recent guest opinions (only 1 review is available)
- Guests who rely on accessible shuttle service, since the amenities list includes both 'Accessible shuttle' and 'No accessible shuttle' which creates uncertainty
- Travelers who want straightforward, fully verified accessibility logistics given the conflicting shuttle information
What to Expect
Arriving at Reva Suites on Rue Tronchet in the 8th arrondissement area, you’d likely feel like you’re settling into a central, classic Paris neighborhood close to major sights. The location should make it easy to plan day trips on foot toward landmarks such as the Louvre Museum and Notre-Dame Cathedral, with the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre also within reach. However, with only one guest review and a 4/10 rating, the overall stay quality is hard to trust, and you may want to be cautious about expectations. Morning routines would likely revolve around getting out early to maximize walking to nearby attractions like Palais Garnier and Boulevard Haussmann.
Location Intelligence
Rue Tronchet places you in a central part of Paris, with the Louvre Museum about 2.5 km and Notre-Dame Cathedral about 3 km away, making sightseeing planning straightforward. Montmartre is listed as 3 km and the Eiffel Tower about 4 km, so you can structure days around these landmarks. For airports, Charles de Gaulle is about 25 km and Orly about 17 km, so transfers should be planned accordingly.
