Apartment with barbecue 1 km beach, Athens

Apartment with barbecue 1 km beach is a self-catering stay in Athens, Greece, set on Agiou Dionisio 4 in the Isogeio area. The headline advantage here is the beach proximity, with the coast about 1 km away, so you can swap city sightseeing for sea air without long transfers. The apartment’s outdoor space is a real part of the experience: there’s a terrace designed for slow mornings, and a barbecue setup for informal dinners at home. Indoors, air conditioning helps you handle Athens’ warmer stretches, while the hot tub/Jacuzzi adds a welcome wind-down option after walking.

The Japanese garden theme gives the property a calmer feel than typical rental apartments, and it’s the kind of detail that stands out in guest comments. With a guest rating of 5.6/10 from 5 reviews, recent feedback suggests a mixed but manageable experience—some travelers appreciate the atmosphere and the practical beach access, while others may want to temper expectations due to the small number of reviews.

If you’re planning days around Athens’ highlights, Plaka is roughly 11 km away and the Acropolis Museum sits around 12 km from the apartment, making day trips straightforward by car or public transport. For a classic city walk, Syntagma Square is about 10 km, and the Panathenaic Stadium is around 9 km.

Best for couples or small families who want a quieter base near the beach and value an on-site terrace, barbecue time, and a hot tub for downtime between outings.
