Athens city center small penthouse, Athens

Athens city center small penthouse is a compact, 1-bedroom penthouse in Athens, Greece, set on Θεόφραστου 13 in a practical central area for sightseeing. Guests typically like the calm feel for a city stay, and the soundproof rooms help take the edge off street noise when you’re resting between outings. The terrace is a standout for many visitors, giving you a place to linger outdoors after a day in the neighborhoods around Syntagma and Plaka. Air conditioning is a key comfort point in Athens’ warmer months, and express check-in/check-out makes arrival and departure smoother.

Reviewers who rated the property 8.1/10 (from 13 reviews) often mention that the penthouse suits short stays and that the location works well for getting around on foot or by quick hops to major sights. Several guests highlight the overall cleanliness standards, including the way rooms are disinfected between stays, and they appreciate the staff’s attention to local safety protocols and cashless payment options.

For landmarks, you can reach the Acropolis in about 2.7 km and the Acropolis Museum in roughly 2.0 km, making it a sensible base for culture-focused itineraries. The Panathenaic Stadium is also around 2.0 km away, and Plaka’s atmospheric lanes sit at about 2.2 km.

Best for couples and solo explorers who want a central Athens address with a private terrace and quieter interiors, this penthouse is less suited to travelers seeking lots of space or a family-oriented setup.
