Central Apartment, Athens

Central Apartment is a self-catering base in Athens, Greece, set on 3 Μιχαήλ Αναστασάκη, making it a practical choice for travelers who want an apartment feel rather than a hotel routine. The space is air-conditioned and non-smoking throughout, so indoor comfort stays consistent even on warmer days. Guests also benefit from a strong cleanliness approach: rooms are disinfected between stays, hand sanitizer is available in key areas, and tableware is sanitized between uses. If you prefer a lighter schedule, you can opt out of cleaning services during your stay.

Recent visitors rated the apartment 8.5/10 based on a small set of reviews, with many appreciating the straightforward, home-like setup and the calm, residential feel. One recurring theme is that check-in is managed within a defined window, which helps keep the arrival process orderly. Others mention that the apartment works well for planning days on foot and by metro, especially because Ethniki Amyna Metro Station is close enough to reduce reliance on taxis.

For sightseeing, you can reach the National Garden in about 2–3 km, while Lycabettus Hill is roughly 3 km away for a rewarding city-view walk. If your itinerary leans toward major landmarks, Panathenaic Stadium sits around 4 km from the apartment, and central squares like Syntagma are within about 4–5 km.

Central Apartment is best for couples and solo explorers who want privacy, an apartment-style kitchen setup, and an efficient route into Athens’ top sights without staying in the busiest core.
