Cozy central apartment with yard, Athens

Cozy central apartment with yard is a one-bedroom Athens stay in Greece that suits travelers who want to balance neighborhood life with easy access to major sights. Located at Iakovidou 24, the apartment puts you within walking distance of the National Archaeological Museum and Omonia Square, so you can start the day with museums or simply wander the streets. The apartment’s yard setting adds a calmer feel than you’d expect from a central address, and the garden view helps make mornings and late afternoons more relaxed.

Inside, the essentials are built around comfort and practical stays: air conditioning for warm-weather relief, a non-smoking environment throughout, and private check-in/check-out for a smoother arrival. Guests also have access to express check-in/check-out, which is particularly helpful if you’re moving between Athens sights on a tight schedule. The kitchen setup supports simple meal prep when you’d rather eat in, and the outdoor furniture lets you make use of the yard when the weather is kind.

Reviewers gave this apartment a 10/10 based on two reviews, pointing to the overall comfort and the straightforward, well-managed stay. The property also follows enhanced cleaning and safety protocols, including disinfecting guest rooms between stays and staff adherence to local safety measures.

If you’re planning to explore Athens—think Acropolis Museum about 3.8 km away and Plaka around 3.9 km—this is a good match for solo explorers and couples who prefer a quiet base, plus it allows pets, which can matter for travelers not willing to leave companions behind.
