Ermis exclusive apt in Kolonaki, Athens

Ermis exclusive apt in Kolonaki is an apartment stay in Athens, Greece, set on Marasli 29 in the city’s smart Kolonaki district where galleries, cafés, and museums are within easy reach. The address puts you close to the cultural pulse of central Athens, with Kolonaki Square around 0.8 km away and the National Gallery roughly 0.9 km from your door. For landmark days, the Acropolis Museum is about 2.9 km and the Parthenon about 3.2 km, making it workable for visitors who want to mix walking with short taxi rides.

This place tends to suit couples and small groups who prefer apartment-style privacy, and it also has family rooms for travelers who need a bit more space. Air conditioning helps you stay comfortable when Athens heats up, and the hot tub/Jacuzzi is a clear draw for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. You’ll also find on-site options for light recreation, including table tennis, darts, and squash.

Guest feedback is mixed, with an overall rating of 4/10 from just three reviews, so it’s worth tempering expectations and verifying what matters most to you, such as comfort, cleanliness standards, and how smoothly check-in works. Some travelers typically value the ability to relax at the end of the day, while others may be less satisfied when expectations don’t match the apartment experience.

If you’re planning a city-focused trip and want a Kolonaki base with relaxation time built in, Ermis exclusive apt in Kolonaki can fit, but the limited review history means it’s best approached with careful attention to your priorities.
