Exzellent ApartAthens 120qm is an adult-only apartment in Athens, Greece, suited to travelers who want space, privacy, and an easy rhythm for exploring the city. Located at 20 Ierou Lochou, it’s positioned for access to central Athens sights, with Omonia Metro Station and the National Archaeological Museum about 4.6 km away. If you’re planning days around the Acropolis Museum and Parthenon, those key landmarks are roughly 6 km from the apartment.

Guests choosing this place tend to value the practical, apartment-style setup: a full kitchen for simple breakfasts and in-room meals, plus a terrace where you can step out for a quieter moment after sightseeing. The apartment is non-smoking and air conditioned, which matters in Athens when temperatures shift through the day. For peace of mind, the property notes private check-in/check-out and staff procedures aligned with local safety protocols, including disinfecting guest rooms between stays and hand sanitizer available in key areas.

Reviewers commonly mention the benefit of having more room than a standard hotel room, especially for longer stays or when traveling as a couple. The adult-only policy also comes up positively for those who prefer a calmer atmosphere. While it’s not a hotel with daily housekeeping routines, the combination of self-contained living and the nearby metro connection makes it a good base for independent itineraries, whether you’re pairing museums with evening walks or planning a focused sightseeing route.
