Sunny apartment overlooking the park, close to the beach!, Athens

Sunny apartment overlooking the park, close to the beach! is a practical Athens base for travelers who want a calm outdoor feel without giving up easy access to the coast. On Konstantinou Karamanli, the apartment’s setting is shaped by nearby greenery, including a Japanese garden nearby, which gives the area a quieter rhythm than central Athens. Guests consistently mention the comfort of air conditioning during warm days and the convenience of free wired internet for checking in, planning, or working remotely.

The apartment’s terrace is where many visitors spend their downtime, especially when they want a break from the beach but still want to be outside. Reviews also highlight the straightforward self-catering setup and the peace of staying in a non-smoking space. If you’re traveling with a pet, this property allows pets, which is a point that comes up in guest feedback.

For day trips, the location works well: Glyfada Beach A is about 500 meters away, so a quick walk can turn into a full afternoon by the water. Lake Vouliagmeni is roughly 8 km from the apartment, offering a different kind of outing than the shoreline. For culture, the Acropolis Museum is around 15 km away, making it feasible to combine beach time with a city visit.

Best for couples, small families, and solo explorers who prefer a park-adjacent atmosphere, appreciate having a terrace for downtime, and want reliable basics like air conditioning and internet while staying close to the Saronic Gulf.
