The brand new House meets the ideal location Apt2, Athens

The brand new House meets the ideal location Apt2 is a simple base for visitors to Athens, Greece, with its address on Martelaou in the city’s central area. The stay is built around practical comfort: air conditioning helps you cool down after walking, and a terrace gives you a quiet place to reset between outings. Free wired internet and internet access make it easier to plan routes, check transit, or handle work during your trip, while luggage storage helps you make the most of your day.

Based on the single guest review available, the overall experience has been extremely limited so far, so you should treat expectations cautiously and consider it more of a trial listing than a well-established property. Still, the location suits travelers who want to spend their time outdoors and in the neighborhoods rather than inside the hotel.

From Martelaou, you can reach major sights without committing to long detours. The Acropolis Museum is about 2.7 km away, and the Acropolis and Parthenon are roughly 3.0 km from the property, making it feasible to plan a full morning or afternoon around the ancient sites. Plaka, one of Athens’ most atmospheric areas for strolling and dining, sits at around 2.8 km, while Monastiraki is about 2.7 km for browsing and people-watching.

This hotel is best for solo explorers and couples who value a straightforward, connected base with a terrace, and who are comfortable navigating Athens on foot or by short rides to major landmarks.
