Villa with a big garden, Athens

Villa with a big garden is a quiet Athens base for travelers who want space to breathe without giving up access to the city’s highlights. Located at 6 Χαλκίδος, the villa suits guests who prefer a calmer setting while still planning day trips to central sights. With an 8.7/10 guest rating from a small set of reviews, the overall impression is of a comfortable, family-friendly stay; one recurring theme from guests is the usefulness of the outdoor area for downtime between outings. The property is air-conditioned, which matters in Athens’ warmer months, and the terrace and outdoor furniture make it easier to linger outside rather than rushing from one plan to the next.

Families often choose this kind of accommodation for practical reasons—family rooms and the ability to relax on-site—while couples can appreciate the garden setting after a day around the Acropolis. If you’re visiting for landmark time, Acropolis of Athens is about 10 km away and Plaka is roughly the same distance, so you can structure your days around those neighborhoods. For a change of pace, the National Garden is around 9 km, offering a gentler walk when you want greenery instead of crowds.

Operationally, guests benefit from the property’s attention to safety and hygiene procedures, including guest rooms disinfected between stays and staff adherence to local safety protocols. There’s also luggage storage, which helps if your schedule doesn’t line up neatly with check-in and check-out. Offsite parking with discounted rates available is a practical detail for drivers, especially when you’re moving between Athens districts.
