Villa in Skiathos, Kechria

Villa in Skiathos is a private stay in Kechria, Greece, set on Προφήτης Ηλίας and arranged for guests who want quiet time between beach outings and day trips. The villa’s outdoor spaces are a highlight: you can linger on the terrace for mountain views and unwind in the Japanese garden when you want something calmer than the shoreline. Inside, the inner courtyard and a cozy seating area make it easy to slow down, while the fully equipped kitchen supports self-catering for breakfast or simple meals. A fireplace adds a useful touch for cooler evenings, especially if you’re traveling outside the peak summer stretch.

In terms of location, Kechria Beach is about 1 km away, so you can reach the water without a long transfer. For culture and history, Papadiamantis’ House is roughly 4 km from the villa, giving you an easy target for a half-day visit. Skiathos Town’s waterfront is typically within a short drive, which helps if you want a broader range of dining and evening walks.

Review signals are limited, with a 3/10 guest rating from 1 review, so it’s wise to treat feedback as a small sample rather than a definitive verdict. That said, the property’s standout appeal is its garden-and-terrace atmosphere and the practicality of on-site parking options, including covered parking and offsite parking available at discounted rates. Villa in Skiathos is best for couples and solo travelers who value a peaceful base, families who prefer self-catering, and anyone comfortable using a car or local transport to move around the island.
