Villa Sundance, Kechria

Villa Sundance is a private villa stay in the Kechria area of Kechria, Greece, set up for guests who want space, privacy, and a calmer pace than the main waterfront. The villa’s address is in the Kechria area, so you’re close enough for day trips while still feeling removed from the busier parts of Skiathos. Reviews commonly highlight the practical comfort of air conditioning and soundproof rooms, which help when you’re returning after a beach day or a late evening out. The heated pool is a major draw in shoulder seasons, letting guests extend pool time without relying on the weather. For meals at home, the BBQ facilities make it easy to keep gatherings informal and relaxed.

Location matters here: Ligaries Beach is about 1.5 km away for swimming and sunbathing, while Kastro Skiathos is roughly 2 km for a change of scenery and views over the island. Skiathos Town and Skiathos Port are both around 6 km, which suits travelers who want access to dining, shopping, and ferry connections without staying in the thick of it. Guests who travel as families or small groups often mention that the layout works well for shared downtime, while couples appreciate the quieter setting and the ability to plan their own schedule.

Concierge service and private check-in/check-out add a smoother arrival and departure, and the non-smoking policy throughout helps keep the indoor environment fresh. For peace of mind, there’s also a safety deposit box, and offsite parking is available with discounted rates.
