Luxury Rikas Villa - private pool, Lygaria Overview
Luxury Rikas Villa - private pool is located in Lygaria, Greece. Rated 4.0 out of 10 based on 1 guest reviews.
Luxury Rikas Villa - private pool is a standalone villa in Lygaria, Greece, set at 22 Chanion where privacy is the main draw. With check-in from 03:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM, it suits travelers who want a clear, unhurried rhythm to the day. The standout feature is the private pool, letting you swim and lounge without sharing space with other guests. Air conditioning helps you stay comfortable when the Crete sun is at its strongest, and the terrace gives you an outdoor spot for quiet downtime.
The area is built around the coast, and Lygaria Beach is about 1 km away for easy access to sand and sea. If you’re planning culture alongside beach time, the Palace of Knossos is roughly 25 km from the villa, and Heraklion’s museums and city sights are about the same distance. For getting around, the property lists car hire and express check-in/check-out, which can reduce friction when you’re arriving after a drive.
Review signals are limited: the guest rating is 4/10 based on 1 review, so you should treat expectations carefully and consider that experiences may vary. Still, the villa’s operational details are designed for smoother stays, including private check-in/check-out and cleaning standards effective against Coronavirus, plus disinfected guest rooms between stays. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which can matter if you’re bringing a car or renting one for day trips.
Best for couples and small groups who want a private, self-contained base near the coast while keeping access to Knossos and Heraklion within reach.

- Groups seeking spacious accommodations, given the two bedrooms and fully-equipped kitchen.
- Guests prioritizing modern amenities, such as air conditioning and express check-in/check-out.

- Families with young children, as the overall ambiance may not be family-friendly given the low rating.
What to Expect
Upon arrival, you might feel a sense of disappointment as the villa's exterior may not match the luxury implied by the name. The area around Lygaria has a quiet, laid-back feel, with the sound of waves gently crashing in the background. You could take a morning stroll to the terrace, enjoying the sea views while sipping coffee from the kitchen. The private pool beckons for a refreshing dip, but you might find the overall experience lacking the polish you hoped for.
Location Intelligence
The hotel is situated in Lygaria, which is known for its scenic views, but specific nearby attractions or conveniences are not mentioned. Given the offsite parking options, you may need a car to explore the area fully, as walkability may be limited.
