Family Maisonette with pool #5, Nea Fokea

Family Maisonette with pool #5 is a practical, family-friendly stay in Nea Fokea, Greece, suited to travelers who want a bit of privacy without giving up easy access to the coast. The maisonette sits on unknown road 1, so expect a quieter residential setting rather than a busy town-center address. With air conditioning and soundproof rooms, it’s built for restful nights after sun and sea. The private swimming pool and terrace are the standout for downtime, especially for families who prefer staying close to home base between outings. Pets are allowed, which matters for guests traveling with dogs or cats and wanting a straightforward, no-fuss setup.

Based on the limited guest feedback available (an 8/10 review score from 1 review), the tone is positive, with visitors highlighting the comfort of the space and the value of having a pool and outdoor terrace for everyday relaxation. BBQ facilities add flexibility for simple meals, and luggage storage helps if your plans don’t line up perfectly with check-in timing. Offsite parking with discounted rates can also reduce stress if you’re arriving by car.

If you’re planning days out, Nea Fokea Beach is about 2 km away for swimming and shoreline walks, while Ancient Olynthos is roughly 10 km for a culture-focused excursion. For a longer coastal day, the wider Kassandra Peninsula shoreline is within easy reach. Best for families and groups who want a quiet base, outdoor time, and practical comfort rather than a nightlife-heavy location.
