DREAM HOUSE STENIES, Steniaí

DREAM HOUSE STENIES is a self-catering holiday home in Steniaí, Andros, Greece (ΣΤΕΝΙΕΣ ΑΝΔΡΟΥ), suited to travelers who want space and a quieter base outside the busiest parts of town. With three bedrooms and a shared kitchen, it works well when you’re traveling as a group or with kids, while the soundproof rooms help keep nights calm even if you’re close to village activity. Guests also mention the practical comfort of air conditioning, which makes a difference during warm evenings, and the terrace is a simple place to slow down with garden views.

Reviewers rate the property 9.1/10 based on a small set of guest experiences, and the common thread is that it feels livable rather than purely scenic—people tend to appreciate the layout for longer stays and the ease of settling in. Families particularly value the family-room setup and the ability to travel with pets, while couples sometimes choose it for the extra room and privacy compared with a typical hotel.

If you’re planning days around the island, you can reach Chora of Andros in about 5 km for museums, waterfront strolls, and evening dining, while Gyalia Beach is roughly 1.5–2 km away for a quick swim and laid-back beach time. For a fuller day at the coast, Batsi is around 12 km and is a common next stop when you want more beach atmosphere.

Best for families and small groups who want a quiet Stenies base with flexible meal options, plus travelers who prefer soundproof comfort and a terrace for downtime.
