Sunshine beach house by Andros Villas Collection, Steniaí

Sunshine beach house by Andros Villas Collection is a family-friendly villa in Steniaí, Greece, designed for guests who want space, privacy, and easy access to the shoreline. With a 10/10 guest rating from two reviews, the strongest signals are comfort and a calm, home-like feel rather than a hotel-style bustle. The property’s terrace is a highlight for day-to-day living, giving you a place to linger between swims and evening meals. Air conditioning helps keep indoor rest comfortable during warmer hours, while the BBQ facilities make it practical to cook outdoors when the weather is right. Pets are welcome, which is a real advantage for travelers who don’t want to leave companions behind.

The villa is located in the Άνδρος - Τήνος area near Steniaí Beach, so you can plan beach time without long commutes. If you want culture and a change of pace, Chora of Andros is about 7 km away, where you can wander streets and browse local life. The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Andros is also around 7 km from the house, making it a straightforward add-on for a half-day outing. Guests can also use the outdoor furniture and kids’ outdoor play equipment to keep younger travelers engaged without leaving the property.

This is best for families and small groups who value a quiet base, outdoor time, and the flexibility of private cooking, while still being within reach of Steniaí Beach and the main sights around Chora. Couples who prefer privacy over shared facilities will also find the setup appealing.
