Areti's dream house, Velika

Areti's dream house is a small holiday base in Velika, Greece, suited to travelers who want a calm, home-style stay rather than a hotel routine. The property sits in the Βελίκα Αγιάς Λάρισας area, where you can step out toward the coast and still return to a quieter setting. It’s a good match for couples and families who like shared spaces, since there’s a shared lounge/TV area and a shared kitchen for simple meals and relaxed evenings.

Guests typically mention the practical comfort of non-smoking rooms and the ease of staying cool with air conditioning, especially during warmer days. Reviews also highlight the terrace and outdoor furniture as the place to linger with a drink after time at the beach. If you’re traveling with pets, Areti's dream house allows pets, which is a major point for families who don’t want to leave companions behind.

For days out, Velika Beach is about 1 km away and Agia Beach is roughly 2 km, making beach time feel close without needing complicated logistics. For a change of pace, Larissa city center is around 35 km, where you can explore museums and parks at your own tempo. The shared lounge helps groups spread out, while the non-smoking throughout policy keeps common areas comfortable for everyone.

Check-in runs from 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM and check-out is at 12:00 PM, so plan arrival accordingly. Offsite parking with discounted rates is available, which can take the stress out of having a car in this more rural coastal zone.
