Guests consistently rate it highly for the overall experience, with a 9.3/10 score from 25 reviews, suggesting reliable comfort and a smooth stay for repeat visitors.

The apartment setup is designed for downtime: air conditioning helps you cool off after time in the sun, and the heated pool is a practical perk for relaxed afternoons that don’t depend on beach conditions. Location matters here. Bobo Beach is about 1.3 km away, making it easy to fit in a swim or a morning walk along the shoreline. For bigger theme-park thrills, Aqualand Costa Adeje is roughly 2.6 km from the property, while Siam Park is about 4.1 km—both are straightforward day-trip distances. If you’re looking for a more classic beach outing, Playa del Duque sits around 4.8 km away.

This is best for families and small groups who value comfort, a heated pool, and the ability to balance beach time with nearby water parks. Couples also like the quieter apartment rhythm, especially when they want a terrace and a calmer base between excursions.
