Excellent view Julia, Alicante

Excellent view Julia is a small, non-smoking stay in Alicante, Spain, set on Calle Sol Naciente 18, a practical base for beach days and city wandering. The standout here is the sense of calm paired with comfort: guests consistently mention the soundproof rooms, and the air conditioning helps when Alicante’s afternoons heat up. A terrace adds a place to slow down, and the family rooms make it easier for groups to stay together without feeling split up. If you’re traveling with pets, the hotel allows them, which is a relief for visitors who don’t want to leave animals behind.

Location matters, too. You’re within an easy reach of Postiguet Beach (about 1 km) and the Explanada de España promenade (around 1.5 km), so morning walks and evening strolls don’t require planning. Santa Bárbara Castle is roughly 2 km away, making it feasible to reach for sunset views without turning the day into a long trek. For dining and everyday errands, the city’s central areas are also close enough for a relaxed walk or short ride.

Reviewers rate the property highly, with many guests pointing to the helpfulness of the check-in process and the overall quiet feel inside. Several travelers note that the discounted offsite parking option is useful if you’re driving, and the lift makes moving around with luggage straightforward. Best for couples, families, and solo explorers who want a comfortable, low-stress base in Alicante with a terrace and a peaceful interior.
