Family rooms make it easier to travel with kids, and pets are allowed, which is a major plus for those who don’t want to leave companions behind.

For day-to-day convenience, grocery deliveries take the edge off planning meals, and outdoor furniture gives you a place to linger after a swim. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which helps if you’re exploring the Costa Blanca by car.

In the surrounding area, Punta Prima Beach is about 1.5–2 km away for quick sea access, while Las Colinas Golf Course is roughly 3 km from the villa for a round on well-regarded fairways. La Zenia Beach and Zenia Boulevard shopping are around 6 km, offering both coastline time and a straightforward option for dining and browsing. This is best for families and couples who want a relaxed base near the coast, with enough outdoor space to slow the pace.
