Villa Suiza, Altea

Villa Suiza is a practical base in Altea, Spain, set on Calle Suiza at number 14, a short drive from the seafront and an easy starting point for days along the Costa Blanca. With a guest rating of 8.4/10 based on 11 reviews, it tends to suit travelers who want straightforward comfort rather than a high-gloss resort feel. Reviews commonly mention the value of having air conditioning for warm evenings, plus the calm of a non-smoking property where you can plan your day without distractions.

The layout works well for couples and small groups, and it’s also a sensible pick for families who want an on-site place to reset between excursions. There’s an exercise/lap pool for staying active, and a terrace that gives you a place to slow down after a day out. If you’re traveling with a pet, Villa Suiza allows pets, which is often a deciding factor for guests who don’t want to compromise on location.

From here, you can reach Terra Natura and Aqua Natura Park in about 10 km, which makes it convenient for animal lovers and water-park days. Altea’s old town and harbour are also within reach for an evening stroll, and the Solsida Beach area is close enough to build in spontaneous swims. For practical logistics, guests have access to free wired internet, while self parking is available for a surcharge and offsite parking may come with discounted rates.

Overall, Villa Suiza feels best for guests who prioritize comfort, basic amenities, and an active day plan around Altea and nearby attractions.
