Parque Santiago 1 lovely apartment, Arona

Parque Santiago 1 lovely apartment is a self-catering stay in Arona, Spain, set on Avenida Rafael Puig Lluvina at number 34, placing you close to the resort rhythm of Playa de las Américas. With a guest rating of 9.3/10 from 33 reviews, it’s the kind of apartment people tend to return to when they want reliable comfort rather than surprises. Reviews commonly highlight the quiet inside despite being in a busy holiday zone, and the soundproof rooms help you reset after a day by the heated salt-water pool.

The outdoor set-up is a standout: you can swim in a heated pool and, at the same time, enjoy the distinctive feel of a salt-water pool, which many guests find more pleasant for longer dips. Private check-in and check-out also reduces friction on arrival, especially if you’re juggling beach time and day trips. Practical details matter here too, including a lift for easier access and a safety deposit box for peace of mind.

Location-wise, you’re well placed for major attractions and beach days. Playa de las Américas is about 0.5 km away, while Siam Park is roughly 3 km from the apartment, making it manageable for a half-day outing. El Bunker Beach is around 0.8 km, ideal for a quick swim or sunset walk.

This apartment is best for couples and families who want a calm, quieter base with pool time and straightforward access to the area’s top sights, without giving up the convenience of a resort neighbourhood.
