Loft en Gracià con terraza, Barcelona

Loft en Gracià con terraza is a compact, independent stay in Barcelona, Spain, set on Carrer del Perill, 52 in the lively Gràcia area. The highlight is the private terrace, which gives you a quiet outdoor spot for morning coffee or an easy wind-down after sightseeing. Inside, air conditioning helps take the edge off warmer days, and free wired internet makes it practical for checking plans or handling work between outings. The loft is non-smoking throughout, which suits travellers who prefer cleaner indoor air.

With a guest rating of 7.6/10 based on 6 reviews, feedback is generally positive but clearly from a small sample, so it’s wise to match expectations to a loft-style layout. Recent guests mention the appeal of having outdoor space and the comfort of being able to return to a calmer base after exploring, while others tend to focus on the overall livability rather than any grand hotel services. If you’re the type who likes to live at street level and move on foot, Gràcia’s character is a strong draw.

From here, you can reach major landmarks without relying on constant transit: Casa Batlló is about 2.0 km away and La Pedrera (Casa Milà) is roughly 2.1 km. Park Güell sits around 2.4 km from the loft, offering a scenic, walkable day out, and Sagrada Família is about 2.9 km for those who want a full modernist itinerary. This place is best for couples and solo travellers who want a low-key, self-contained Barcelona base with a terrace and straightforward connectivity.
