PAR rooms, Barcelona

PAR rooms is a straightforward stay in Barcelona, Spain, set on Carrer de París 48 in the Eixample area, where you can reach much of the city on foot or by short metro rides. This is the kind of place that suits solo explorers and couples who don’t mind a more independent rhythm, especially if you like the idea of using a shared kitchen for simple meals. The rooms are kept comfortable with air conditioning, and the building has a lift, which helps if you’re coming back with bags after a day out. Guests also have access to free wired internet, so planning routes or handling work tasks is less of a hassle.

Recent visitors rate PAR rooms at 6.7/10 based on a small set of reviews, so expectations should be calibrated: some guests mention the practical, no-fuss setup, while others point to the limited review sample as a reason to double-check what matters most to you. Housekeeping is available on request, which can work well for travelers who prefer control over timing, but it’s worth noting if you expect daily service by default.

From this address, you’re within roughly 2 km of La Sagrada Família and about 1 km of Passeig de Gràcia’s modernist icons like Casa Batlló and Casa Milà. The Gothic Quarter is around 3 km away for atmospheric evenings, and the Picasso Museum sits at a similar distance for culture lovers. If you want a calm base in Eixample with essential comforts—air conditioning, a lift, and internet—PAR rooms can fit, as long as you’re comfortable with the shared-kitchen concept and a more budget-minded experience.
