Practico apartamento con terraza en Eixample, Barcelona

Practico apartamento con terraza en Eixample is a Barcelona, Spain apartment base on Carrer del Rosselló, in the city’s Eixample grid where you can move easily between major sights. The standout is the terrace, which gives you a place to unwind after a day of walking, and the apartment also includes air conditioning for warmer afternoons. For connectivity, free wired internet is listed, which can help if you’re planning routes or checking in with work. The non-smoking policy supports a cleaner indoor environment, and the overall setup is family-friendly, making it a practical option when you want a little extra space rather than a single hotel room.

Guest feedback is limited and the overall rating is low at 3.3/10 based on 7 reviews, so it’s worth reading recent comments carefully before committing. Some travelers mention that the experience may not match expectations, which is especially important if you’re sensitive to comfort details or prefer consistent service standards. On the plus side, staying in Eixample puts you within a short radius of Barcelona’s best-known modernist landmarks, including La Pedrera about 1.3 km away and Casa Batlló roughly 1.2 km from the address. Sagrada Família is around 2.1 km, and the Gothic Quarter sits about 2.5 km out for an easy day trip by foot or quick transit.

This apartment is best for families and road-trip friendly travelers who prioritize location, a terrace for downtime, and basic in-stay essentials like air conditioning and internet, while accepting that past reviews are mixed.
