The Collection Barcelona - Eixample 3BD Apartment with Private Terrace, Barcelona Overview
The Collection Barcelona - Eixample 3BD Apartment with Private Terrace is located in Barcelona, Spain. Rated 4.5 out of 10 based on 3 guest reviews.
The Collection Barcelona - Eixample 3BD Apartment with Private Terrace is a three-bedroom apartment in Barcelona, Spain, set on Carrer de Llança in the Eixample area. With a private terrace for downtime and air conditioning for temperature control, it suits travelers who want a bit more space than a hotel room and the freedom to plan their own days. The apartment also includes free wired internet, which helps if you’re coordinating sightseeing, work, or simply keeping up with plans.
Location matters here: you’re within about 1.5 km of Sagrada Família and roughly 1 km of Casa Batlló, making it practical for Gaudí-focused days without relying entirely on taxis. Casa Milà (La Pedrera) is also within about 1.3 km, so you can string together several modernist stops on foot.
Guest feedback is mixed, with an overall rating of 4.5/10 across just three reviews, so it’s wise to read individual comments before committing. Based on what such a small review sample often reflects, you may find strong opinions about the stay experience, but there isn’t enough volume to treat the score as a definitive consensus.
This is best for families or small groups who want to base themselves in Eixample—walkable to major sights, yet still able to return to a calmer apartment setting. If you value a terrace, reliable internet, and an apartment-style setup with a lift for easier access, this Barcelona option is worth a closer look.

Should You Book The Collection Barcelona - Eixample 3BD Apartment with Private Terrace?
Not a clear buy based on the available evidence. With a 4.5/10 rating from only 3 reviews, the risk is high versus what you’d expect for a premium Barcelona stay, unless you confirm details directly with the host before booking.

- Guests who want air conditioning and reliable basics like free wired internet during their stay
- Sightseeing-focused travelers who plan to walk or short-ride to major areas like the Gothic Quarter and La Rambla
Not Ideal For
- Travelers who rely on consistently strong guest feedback, since the current rating is very low (4.5/10)
- Anyone who needs a large review sample to feel confident, because there are only 3 reviews
- Light sleepers or anyone sensitive to uncertainty from limited review information, since no specific noise/comfort details are provided here
What to Expect
Check-in runs from 5:00 PM to midnight, so you’ll likely arrive later in the day and settle in with the apartment’s air conditioning. The Eixample setting around Carrer de Llança feels like a residential base for going out on foot, with major sights such as La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter within a couple of kilometers. You can plan day trips to Park Güell (about 2.5 km) and Camp Nou (about 3.5 km) while using the private terrace for quieter downtime. However, with only three reviews and a 4.5/10 score, the stay experience may be inconsistent, so it’s worth validating expectations before committing.
