Unique central home with large terrace & pool, Barcelona

Unique central home with large terrace & pool is a 4-star Barcelona, Spain stay designed for guests who want space and privacy without giving up the city’s walkable energy. Set on Passeig de Sant Joan, this entresuelo home puts you in the Eixample orbit, where morning strolls can start with modernist façades and end with neighborhood cafés. The layout suits groups that travel together, with three bedrooms and a living area that makes it easier to spread out after a day sightseeing.

Guests highlight the outdoor terrace and swimming pool as the standout everyday luxury. On warmer afternoons, people tend to linger outside, and the shallow end makes it more approachable for families who want a calmer splash rather than a deep-water swim. Air conditioning is a practical relief in Barcelona’s summer heat, and the non-smoking policy helps keep indoor comfort consistent. For downtime between outings, board games and puzzles are on hand, and the BBQ facilities give you a simple way to turn an evening in into a real plan.

Reviewers also mention the convenience of being close to major sights. Casa Batlló is about 1.7 km away and La Pedrera is roughly 1.8 km, so you can cover the Passeig de Gràcia highlights on foot. Sagrada Família sits around 2.3 km from the property, and Park Güell is about 4.8 km, making it feasible to mix neighborhood wandering with longer landmark days.

Best for families and couples who want a central base with outdoor space, or for small groups seeking a more home-like Barcelona stay than a standard hotel room.
