Review signals are limited: the guest rating is 1/10 based on a single review, so expectations should be set carefully and you may want to confirm details directly with the host before committing. In that one reported experience, the overall impression was not positive, which suggests this may suit only specific needs rather than being a broadly reliable choice.

Best for couples or small groups who prioritize an accessible, air-conditioned base with a pool and who are comfortable verifying specifics given the minimal review history.
