Apartamentos Maja, Benidorm

Apartamentos Maja is a practical 3-star apartment-style stay in Benidorm, Spain, suited to travellers who want an easy base for beach days and city wandering. Located on Carrer les Escoles, 1, it’s a short distance from the Levante seafront and within reach of the older lanes around Plaza Mayor, so you can mix seaside time with evening strolls. The property’s free WiFi helps you stay connected, while the terrace gives you a place to unwind after a day out. For convenience, there’s luggage storage and a concierge service, which can be useful when you arrive with plans already in motion. Accessibility is also considered, with wheelchair access and an elevator.

The most consistent theme from recent guest feedback is that the experience can feel a little uneven, reflected in the modest overall guest rating of 6.4/10 from two reviews. Some guests may appreciate the straightforward setup and the ability to come and go with limited front desk hours, but the small number of reviews means it’s wise to set expectations and plan around check-in timing. If you’re travelling by air, the hotel lists free airport transportation, which can reduce the stress of getting to Benidorm.

From this base, it’s straightforward to reach Aqualandia in about 3 km and Terra Mítica in roughly 6.5 km, making it a sensible option for families who want theme-park days. Couples and solo explorers also benefit from the walkable Benidorm atmosphere, especially if you’re drawn to the Balcon del Mediterráneo viewpoint and the energy of the central seafront.
