Blue house Bermeo, Bermeo

Blue house Bermeo is a family-friendly stay in Bermeo, Spain, set on Bizkaiko Jaurerria Kalea and geared toward travelers who want space to settle in rather than a hotel-only routine. With a guest rating of 9.8/10 from 38 reviews, the common thread is how smoothly check-in and day-to-day cleanliness are handled, and how comfortable the apartments feel for longer stays. The property is non-smoking throughout, with non-smoking rooms available, and the team follows local safety protocols while disinfecting guest rooms between visits. A terrace adds a simple outdoor option for breakfast or a quiet drink after time on the coast, and family rooms make it easier to travel with children without splitting up the group.

Location matters here: the Museo del Pescador is about 1 km away, and Playa de Aritzatxu is roughly 1.5 km, so you can mix culture and sea air without long transfers. If you’re planning a bigger day out, Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve is around 12 km from Bermeo, offering a clear contrast to town life. For practical planning, note that check-in runs from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which helps if you’re arriving by car and want flexibility for coastal drives.

Best for families and couples who value cleanliness, quiet indoor comfort, and easy access to Bermeo’s waterfront and nearby beaches, while still having a terrace and room to spread out.
