Apartamentos Boutique Fuente Real, Comillas

Apartamentos Boutique Fuente Real is a family-run apartment stay in Comillas, Spain, set in the Barrio Sobrellano area where architecture and coastal scenery sit within easy reach. The address in this neighborhood makes it straightforward to plan days around El Capricho de Gaudí (about 1.0 km) and Palacio de Sobrellano (about 1.1 km), then wind down with a beach afternoon at Playa de Comillas (around 2.2 km). Guests consistently rate the property highly, with a 9.6/10 score from 27 reviews, and many visitors mention the calm, apartment-style comfort and the helpfulness they felt during their stay.

Each unit is designed for self-catering, so you can manage meals at your own pace rather than working around restaurant schedules. After a day of exploring, the terrace gives you a quiet place to regroup, and the non-smoking policy helps keep common areas comfortable. Practical touches matter here too: there is a lift for easier movement, and the hotel lists facilities for disabled guests and wheelchair accessibility.

What stands out in guest feedback is the sense of being guided rather than just checked in and left alone. The property includes guest education on local ecosystems and culture, which suits travelers who want more than a standard sightseeing itinerary. This is best for couples and families who prefer space, independence, and a base near Comillas’ top sights, while still having straightforward access to the coast and town.
