Comino Penthouse, Cómpeta

Comino Penthouse is a standout stay in Cómpeta, Spain, built for travelers who want space, privacy, and a little downtime between excursions. The apartment sits at 2B Avenida de Canillas, making it easy to base yourself in town while still feeling removed from the bustle. Guests rate it 9.9/10 across 12 reviews, and the pattern in those comments is consistent: comfortable living, a calm atmosphere, and hosts who keep the experience smooth from arrival to departure. Families find the layout practical, while couples appreciate the quiet rhythm and the option to unwind without sharing common spaces. The terrace is a real day-to-day advantage here, giving you a place to linger after a drive, and the hot tub/Jacuzzi adds a welcome reset when the Andalusian sun has done its work. Air conditioning helps keep evenings comfortable, especially during warmer months, and the non-smoking policy suits travelers who prefer cleaner indoor air. If you’re traveling with a pet, the property’s pet-friendly approach makes it simpler to keep plans intact. For sightseeing, you’re within reach of the Balcón de Europa in Nerja (about 15 km) and the Nerja Caves (around 16 km), classic stops that pair well with a beach day. Frigiliana’s old town is also close enough for a half-day outing (roughly 11 km), with its atmospheric streets and viewpoints. Offsite parking with discounted rates is available, which matters in this region where streets can be tight. Overall, Comino Penthouse suits guests who value comfort, outdoor relaxation, and a base for exploring the Axarquía coastline and inland scenery.
