All the doors and windows ofthe rooms must be closed, also the doors to the passage when the air conditioners are on.Do not leave the air conditioners on when you are not at home!We reserve the right to enter the property to turn off any appliances if the guests are not in.Smoking is only allowed outside the property.>TrashThrow the contents in the bin regularly as it will attract unwanted bugs this hot time of year. On theway to Denia you will find municipal containers. You can separate glass, paper/cardboard and plastic.Also dispose of all trash and recyclables when you leave the house.>BathroomsThings that should not be thrown in the WC: wet wipes, tampons and compresses, medicines,plasters and dental floss. Better use the bathroom trash can to avoid clogging.>Loss of keysIn case of loss of one of the keys we have to change the locks, the cost is EUR 180.00 (for each lock)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
